Purchase & Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as early access or pre-order products. This policy explains how those purchases work and how orders may be canceled.

Pre-Order & Early Access Items

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently in production and will ship once manufacturing is completed.

For our current production batch, orders are expected to enter production within approximately one week, with shipping to follow shortly after production is completed.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• The item is not yet in inventory at the time of purchase
• Your order secures a copy from the upcoming production batch
• Shipping will occur once the batch is finished and fulfilled

We will continue to send email updates throughout the production process so you always know the status of your order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before your order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number.
