Love the lack of guilt that is involved in the study. It is wonderful to have one word each day to concentrate on during the hours you're busy, but also the time that you know you put in to stop and remember the Lord of your life.

From the words of the introduction I felt that the Spirit may have been at work to push me to order this. I have walked away from so much, especially "organized religion" but wondered if God still cared. (Even though I knew God didn't turn from me) The Invitation is allowing me to find my way, without pressure, without guilt, but with gentle reminders of God's love for me, for everyone. Some days I read, some days I look at it and go "not today", but I know its there when I'm ready. Thanks. So far it is just what I need in my faith life and life in general.

I really love this devotional. I ordered it as a PDF and sent it to my Kindle Scribe. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because, while I would love to order a few as gifts, I can't justify the price for a printing that has typos, the worst being 'welcome' is misspelled on all but the first page, from what I can tell.

I've had this for about 6 weeks. I've missed days since we are not perfect and that is okay. I just pick it back up and it doesn't feel like I ruined anything. That's never happened with a devotional before for me and I think all devotionals should be made like this one

I have been in several Bible classes, studying both the Old and New Testaments. The last class was 7 years, answering the questions for class study. This is the BEST Devotional book I have ever owned! I like the fact that I can open the book to any page and receive a blessing! I love the colors but because my Bible is large print it has very thin pages and the ink bleeds through. I will use them in my devotional though!

This a must have devotional book to own. I read it every evening. Sometimes 1 page and sometimes several pages. And after I put the book down each evening I think that was exactly what I needed to read.

My only issue is some of the pages repeat. Exx: Still and Welcome different verses but identical devotion. Threw me off a little. Otherwise I love it so far.
