Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Digital products, eBooks, instant downloads, and promotional sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–6 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracebased.co

  • Include your order number and clear photo(s) of the issue.
    We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • damaged items

  • incorrect items received

For all other requests, please follow the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital goods (eBooks, instant downloads, PDF guides)

  • Final sale items

  • Used items or items showing wear

  • Items returned after 30 days

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
